The organization is committed to social inclusion and seeks a professional who can lead empowerment initiatives with a strong background in development and advocacy.

🎓 Education
Master’s degree in:
- Social Sciences
- Public Policy
- Development Studies
- Or a related field
✅ Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in government relations, public sector engagement, or public policy advocacy (preferably in the nonprofit or development sector)
- 7–10 years of relevant experience overall, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing development programs
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Skills development
- Inclusive employment
- Entrepreneurship initiatives
- Strong experience in:
- Research
- Publications
- Knowledge generation
- Advocacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to represent the organization externally
