Chal Foundation is currently hiring for the role of Junior Prosthetist & Orthotist (P&O) at its Karachi Centre. This is a meaningful opportunity for professionals passionate about enhancing mobility and improving lives through customized rehabilitation solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and design personalized prosthetic and orthotic devices.
- Ensure high standards in device fabrication, alignment, and adherence to WHO/ISPO protocols.
- Perform fittings, provide gait training, and assist patients in using their devices effectively.
- Mentor junior staff and maintain superior clinical standards.
- Keep thorough clinical records, ensure follow-ups, and continuously evaluate patient progress.
Requirements:
- Deliver P&O rehabilitation services aligned with global guidelines for individuals with physical impairments.
Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics.
- One year of practical experience in advanced training or a Master’s degree with two years of experience.
