Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate B2B sales through multiple channels (calls, chats, social media)

• Provide exceptional after-sale service

• Analyze Japanese auction sheets

• Build and maintain client relationships

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 months auto trading sales experience

• Strong English communication skills

• Technical typing proficiency

• Working knowledge of vehicle specifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Intermediate qualification

• Additional language skills preferred
