A Progressive Public Sector Company working in Sindh province registered under section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, is looking for capable and dynamic individuals for the following positions purely on contractual basis. The below posts are Karachi based.

| 01 | Deputy Operation Officer | Minimum Masters / 16 years of education with experience of working with Multilateral Donors Funded projects, Public Sector Section 42 Company(s), UN Agency(s) and Disaster Management/ Rural Development projects/programs. Minimum of 15 years relevant work experience in Project development and implementation, rural development hosting and infrastructure development. |
| 02 | Company Secretary | Masters degree in business administration, commerce, law or related fields; or a member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience required with at least 3 years working experience as a Company Secretary in any reputable company. |
| 03 | Social Safeguard Officer | Minimum Masters degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Sociology, Development Studies, or a related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in social development, social & community mobilization, and project management issues especially related to voluntary resettlement, social assessments and developing land acquisition, livelihood restauration plan and resettlement plans. Experience with projects funded by international agencies preferably (World Bank, Asian Development Bank, Islamic Development Bank) is highly desirable with understanding of social safeguard policies and practices. |
| 04 | GRM Officer | Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in grievance handling, complaints management, or community engagement, preferably in donor-funded or development projects. |
| 05 | Contract Management Officer | Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Law, Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or PED in the relevant field is an advantage. Minimum of 04 years of the post-bachelor experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field. Proven experience in contract negotiation and administration. Working experience with a World Bank / Donor Funded project will be an added advantage. |
| 06 | WASH Engineer | Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, 7-10 years of experience in designing and implementing WASH or community-based infrastructure projects preferably in Sindh rural context. Proven experience working on rural and urban infrastructure projects with a focus on sustainability, climate resilience, and community engagement. Strong understanding of environmental impact assessments, water resource management, and sanitation systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Working knowledge of GIS, MS Project, and other engineering software is an advantage. |
| 07 | Monitoring & Evaluation Officer | Master’s degree in social Science/Statistics/Public Policy/Economics or related field OR Specialized certification in Monitoring & Evaluation. Minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing monitoring and evaluation systems for international/national development projects. |
| 08 | Assistant Manager Finance | Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience for ACA/ACCA/ACMA and 6 years for MBA (Finance) or M. Com, in reputable organizations or big four Chartered Accountants Firm |
| 09 | Assistant Manager Disbursement | Minimum CA/ACCA/ICMA/M.Com/MBA (Finance)/Master in IT Minimum 5 years’ experience in public or private company in the relevant field. |
| 10 | Climate Support Officer | Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Climate Change, Sustainability, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in climate change, sustainability, or environmental management. Experience in a similar role is highly desirable. |
| 11 | Project Officer | Master’s degree in social sciences or any relevant field. Working knowledge of computers and software (MS Word, MS Excel) is a must. Good writing and verbal communication skills in English 5 years’ experience in the similar position in national or International Organizations. Should know all the basics of community mobilization. Knowledge of and working with children/persons disabilities will be an added advantage. |
| 12 | GIS Data Analyst | Minimum Masters degree or equivalent in, Computer Science, Geography, Engineering or a related field. However, specialized degree in GIS and Remote Sensing is preferred. Overall work experience of at least 10 years including at least 5 years of hands-on experience in GIS based data collection and analysis. |
