General Worker Job in Karachi at GSK

Join GSK as a General Worker in Manufacturing, where you will play a vital role in the day-to-day packing operations in Karachi, Sindh. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the production department while ensuring compliance with quality and EHS standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute tasks as per plans provided by Supervisor/Area FLL/Management.
• Carry out operations in Granulation, Compression, and Coating.
• Ensure quality and EHS compliance by following QMS and EHS standards in daily tasks.
• Perform all manufacturing activities within the production department and ensure area readiness as per standard compliance requirements.
• Conduct area/line clearance, changeovers, and perform in-process checks as required.
• Complete and maintain all relevant records/documents pertaining to the production/manufacturing area.
• Operate machines, support production, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and area documents as per requirements.
• Complete tasks assigned as per SOPs on a daily basis.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Minimum DAE or relevant experience.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or an industrial environment.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and basic technical instructions.
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic production equipment.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work on-site shifts.
• Basic spoken and written Urdu or English to follow procedures and report issues.
