About the Role

This role is pivotal in leading the Roshan Digital Account initiative, which aims to provide seamless banking services to overseas Pakistanis. The successful candidate will be responsible for product strategy, development, and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Roshan Digital Account Product vision and roadmap.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance user experience.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 06 years of experience in banking or financial institutions, with a strong understanding of digital payments infrastructure. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Skills Required

Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of compliance regulations are essential for this role. Candidates should also have experience in customer onboarding and marketing strategies.
