Job Overview
Location: Ranchore Line, Karachi (Local candidates preferred)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: Rs. 18,000/month + Performance-based commission
Trial Period: 1 month (flexible for both employer and candidate)
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage WhatsApp campaigns—respond to customer queries, update orders accurately.
✔ Confirm and track orders via e-commerce portals (Daraz, Shopify).
✔ Maintain and update product listings and catalogues.
✔ Prepare daily order reports in Excel.
Ideal Candidate
Strong communication skills (Urdu/English).
Basic Excel knowledge for reporting.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
Organized and able to multitask efficiently.
