Salitex is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee human resources operations for our retail division at our Karachi headquarters. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape our workforce strategy in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for retail staff
Resolve employee relations matters and improve workplace culture
Conduct performance evaluations and development programs
Administer compensation and benefits programs
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Develop and implement HR policies
Align HR initiatives with business goals
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration or related field
HR certifications (SHRM, PHR) preferred
Minimum 5 years retail HR management experience
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
