Job Description

Dr. Ziauddin Hospital is looking for a competent and customer-focused Call Center Officer to join our team in North Nazimabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring excellent patient service by providing accurate information, managing appointments, addressing queries, and maintaining a high standard of communication aligned with hospital protocols.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from patients and provide information regarding hospital services, doctors, and appointment scheduling.
  • Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, feedback collection, and service promotions.
  • Respond to patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure accurate information is delivered to patients.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, patient interactions, and feedback in the system.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, confidentiality, and service quality standards.
  • Achieve assigned KPIs such as call handling time, patient satisfaction, and response rate.

Knowledge and Competencies

  • Fluent English communication (spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to effectively engage and listen.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Eligibility

Academic Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or relevant field).

Working Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a call center role. Hands-on experience in both inbound and outbound call handling (preferably in healthcare sector).
