JUNIOR MANAGEMENT POSITION – LEGAL
Job Description
The Junior Management Position in Legal offers an exciting opportunity for qualified candidates to handle and monitor litigation cases before various courts and forums. The successful candidate will work closely with external counsels, review pleadings, and maintain the status of court cases while liaising with external lawyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and monitor litigation cases before different courts and forums through external counsels.
- Review pleadings before filing in court and maintain the status of court cases.
- Vet agreements, MOUs, addendums, and other legal documents, providing legal opinions as required.
- Provide legal advisory services and assistance to various departments on legal issues after reviewing inquiry reports, charge sheets, show cause notices, court orders, and other relevant documents.
- Review contracts, agreements, letters, and proposals to ensure compliance with prevailing laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on legal and statutory developments relevant to the business and advise supervisors accordingly.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must possess a Law Degree from an HEC recognized Law School or University. Additional qualifications such as Solicitor, Bar-at-law, or L. L. M. will be considered an advantage.
Experience
Applicants should have a minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national or multinational organization. At least 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at a senior equivalent position or one position below is required.

Age Requirement
Candidates should preferably be not more than 33 years of age as of the last date of submission of applications.
