A Progressive Public Sector Company, SPHF, is seeking capable and dynamic individuals for various positions based in Karachi. These roles are purely on a contractual basis and are aimed at enhancing the operational capacity of the organization.

Available Positions

1. Deputy Operation Officer

Qualifications: Minimum Masters / 16 years of education with at least 15 years of relevant work experience in project development and implementation, particularly with Multilateral Donors Funded projects, Public Sector Section 42 Company(s), UN Agency(s), and Disaster Management/Rural Development projects.

2. Company Secretary

Qualifications: Masters degree in business administration, commerce, law, or related fields; or a member of a recognized body of professional accountants or corporate secretaries. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years as a Company Secretary in a reputable company.

3. Social Safeguard Officer

Qualifications: Minimum Masters degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Sociology, Development Studies, or a related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in social development and project management, especially related to voluntary resettlement and social assessments.

4. GRM Officer

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in grievance handling or community engagement.

5. Contract Management Officer

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of post-bachelor experience in contract management.

6. WASH Engineer

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering. 7-10 years of experience in designing and implementing WASH projects.

7. Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Qualifications: Master’s degree in social Science/Statistics/Public Policy/Economics or related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in implementing monitoring and evaluation systems.

8. Assistant Manager Finance

Qualifications: Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience for ACA/ACCA/ACMA and 6 years for MBA (Finance) or M. Com.

9. Assistant Manager Disbursement

Qualifications: Minimum CA/ACCA/ICMA/M. Com/MBA (Finance)/Master in IT. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the relevant field.

10. Climate Support Officer

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Climate Change, Sustainability, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in climate change or environmental management.

11. Project Officer

Qualifications: Master’s degree in social sciences or relevant field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position.

12. GIS Data Analyst

Qualifications: Minimum Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Geography, Engineering or a related field. At least 10 years of overall work experience including 5 years in GIS based data collection and analysis.
