NOC Engineer
Prerequisites: BS in CS/IT preferred. Windows/Linux, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, ticketing systems, remote support tools. ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA preferred. 1-3 years of experience in NOC/helpdesk/IT support.
DevOps Engineer
Prerequisites: BS in CS/Software Engineering/IT, Master’s preferred. CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, Linux/Windows, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). 8-10 years of experience owning the DevOps function end-to-end.
Product Manager
