Outreach Officer Job in Main Shahrah-e-Faisal Nursery Market at MTJF Foundation

MTJF Foundation is seeking a dedicated and passionate Outreach Officer to join our team in Karachi. This role is essential for conducting outreach sessions and building strong community relationships. The ideal candidate will be a female professional with a commitment to community engagement and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a minimum of 15 outreach sessions per month at schools, institutions, and communities.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, teachers, students, and community stakeholders.
• Facilitate youth engagement, volunteer mobilization, and awareness activities.
• Support the planning and execution of campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives.
• Maintain accurate outreach records, attendance, feedback, and evaluations.
• Collect field updates, success stories, and relevant data for reporting and evaluation.
• Manage approved outreach materials and assigned resources with proper accountability.

Eligibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Education, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in outreach, community engagement, or NGO programs.

Skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong presentation, coordination, and public speaking skills.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and conduct outreach activities independently.
