Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate B2B sales through multiple channels including calls, chats, and social media.
• Provide exceptional after-sale service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Analyze Japanese auction sheets to assist in sales processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in auto trading sales.
• Strong English communication skills are essential.
• Technical typing proficiency is required.
• Working knowledge of vehicle specifications is necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate qualification is preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
