Job Requirements
For Takaful Team Head (TTH) & Business Development Officer (TBDM):
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Intermediate candidates may also apply)
Experience:
1+ years in leadership (for Team Head)
1+ years in business development (Freshers may be considered)
Skills: Leadership, sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a business development team
Develop and implement growth strategies
Identify new business opportunities
Build strong client and partner relationships
Achieve sales and revenue targets
