Wajedo is offering an opportunity for an HR Intern at their office located in DHA Phase 2 Extension, Karachi. This is an unpaid internship, ideal for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in the human resources field.

Key Responsibilities:

• 📁 Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• 🗂️ Employee Record Management: Maintain attendance and leave records, manage personnel files, and digitize documents.
• 📣 Internal Communication: Help draft and circulate notices, memos, and emails; support engagement activities.
• 📊 HR Reporting & Admin Tasks: Assist in preparing HR reports, handle basic data analysis, and support daily admin work.
• 🎯 Onboarding Assistance: Participate in new employee onboarding, orientation sessions, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Must be enrolled in or recently graduated from an HR or business-related program.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well in a team.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute.
